Mental Health
Mental health includes all aspects of an individual’s well-being, stemming from their emotional and psychological state.
Physical Health
Physical health is more than just eating right and being fit. Diet and exercise are important foundations, but it’s important to remember every part of our body.
Forward Health
Fresh Start defines Forward Health as the process for progress and improvement when mental health and physical health are impacted by acute or chronic conditions.
